Negotiating Severance Packages and drafting Settlement Agreements

In the context of Redundancy or indeed in the context of settling a claim we will negotiate and draft Settlement Agreements or Settlement Agreements combined with Severance Agreements. An employee may be furnished with a Severance Agreement and may be concerned that it does not represent their entitlements under legislation. We will ensure that the Ageement represents entitlements as set out in legislation.
