Brendan O’Flaherty is the founding partner of the practice. Brendan qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and is also a Notary Public. Brendan practises in all areas of general practice but specialises in criminal law, litigation , licensing and court work as well as commercial and company law and sports law.

Brendan acts for a number of local businesses and sports organisations as well as having a thriving private client practice.

AOIFE BROWN, B.C.L.

Aoife Brown joined the firm as a solicitor in 2001 and she has been a partner in the firm since 2004. Aoife specialises in property law, family law and the areas of wills and probate. As with most solicitors in general practice Aoife is experienced in all areas of general practice and is happy to meet to discuss any legal query which you may have. Aoife acts for a number of property developers as well as local business owners and also has a large number of private clients.
